BSOD and now a lock out

  1. Recently I have been getting multiple BSODs, I can't see the errors because it restarts before I can see them. I had to unplug the powercord for a while and restart it for it to not crash when it started. Now after a while I restarted my computer, I can't even access it because it asks me for a login password and I never set it up. When i press enter without a password it gives me the "unable to complete the requested operation because of either catastrophic media failure or data corruption on the disk" message. Can anybody help me out here? I'm using windows XP home
