BSOD: Driver_Powerstate_Failure

I bought my HP e9300z elite desktop a few years ago, and somehow fried my original hard drive. I had a family friend take my desktop over and stick in a new seagate hdd along with a reinstalled windows 7 pro. Ever since then I'd be getting this error when I come out of sleep mode sometimes I'm not sure why I've kept getting this BSOD. Any help would be amazing. Here's my dump files
