BSOD issues

  1. Hello,

    I just got a new laptop and have been getting BSOD since day one. I tried solving the issue myself to no avail . I hope someone here is able to help. Thanks guys in advance. :)

    "I just got a new laptop and have been getting BSOD since day one"... No warranty on this "new" laptop? Have you installed all the Windows Updates, including all the optional ones? What antivirus program are you running?

    Hi tmagic, thanks for replying.

    I have the warranty but I can't send it back to the buyer (xoticpc) as I am in a different country now. I am using avast. Windows is updated.
