BSOD on my MacBook

Okay, I have bootcamp on my Macbook... it's the late 2008 model (the first aluminium Macbook). I was using Windows XP when it blue-screened. The error was 'page fault in non paged area'. I tried rebooting using 'last known good config'... this blue screens when trying to boot. I tried to use safe mode with networking - this blue screens when trying to boot. I tried safe mode - this just doesn't start... gets stuck when loading mup.sys and stays there for ever (left it a good 10-15 minutes). I can log in to Mac OS fine (what I am using at this very second). Can anyone help - what do I need to do? I tried to get into BIOS to turn off shadowing and caching, but both F1 and F2 take me to the boot options! PLEASE HELP...

Thank you

Some things to remember here:
XP doesn't load, but Mac OS runs fine. XP and Mac OS are using the exact hardware so it isn't a hardware issue. Use bootcamp to reload XP from scratch, just like you did when you first installed XP on the Macbook
