BSOD RAM problem

hi everyone, about two days ago, i decided to install windows 7 on my desktop, while installing windows 7, several bsod occured, most of the time its "memory management". so i figured it might be my ram and i downloaded memtest86 to check if my ram is faulty, but after running 8 pass for each ram, no error presented. but when i run memtest86 with two rams onboard, it kept rebooting during the test is running, not even one test can be finished. i've tried another slot for the dual channel, results the same. below is my computer's information.

If you want to run an other test that is rly good you can download ubuntu, burn it to a disc and run a memory test with all rams in place or how ever you want...
 
ive also tried burnintest for all my hardware, everything seems to be fine, might be my motherboard? is there any software that could run a test on motherboard?
