BSOD when shutting down PC (minidump)

  1. About 25% of the time when i shut my PC down i get the BSOD , the Pc runs fine and i've had no problems other than this , its only a few months old as well.

I can use the PC all day and dozens of games/programs and it doesnt happen , then another time i use it for 10 minutes just browsing the net and it will happen.

I got no idea what's causing this and i can't make head nor tails of the memory dump.

Hoping someone cleverer than me can point me in the right direction from the memory dump .

edit - having problems posting the memory dump as its slightly over the file limit.
edit2 - managed to add the files , thanks for any help
