BSOD when torrenting

  1. I only get it when torrenting. I thought that it was maybe BitTorrent, but I still BSOD using uTorrent and Tixati. I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials as AV

    I hope I zipped the dmp files right.

    Are you running a program called net balancer. If so this is what your BSOD are pointing to.

    I ran it yesterday because Steam was downloading a game but I also wanted to browse the web, so I used a program (Netbalancer) to limit the download speed. Though it wasn't running at the time of the BSOD unless it runs when windows start on the bg. So what is the recommended course of action? Would just uninstalling it work, or is it not so simple?

    Just uninstall the program and that should stop the BSOD.
