BSOD Windows 7, error 0x3B

  1. I am thinking it might be a driver issue but not sure. I have ran stress test and memtest with out any errors. But when I exit a game or Windows Media center I get the BSOD. I have also look at my dump file and all I can find is win32k.sys error. I am at a loss and it would be awesome if someone could look at my dump file!!!!
