BSOD Windows 7

ive been getting alot of bsod recently it started off infrequent its now got quite severe ive give the system a good clean but cant seem to find the source I alsso physicaly cleaned the inside of the case and the ram slots . one thing when I use the upload a file option below and navigate to the correct dump folder it comes up as being empty even though I can see the files when I view them normaly , Thanks
 
sorry for the lateness im soo busy with work right now ive just coppied and pasted from the dxdiag because normaly I only get about 5 minuits before I get a bsod , also ive check the temps with my mb controll pannel and it doesnt seem to be overheating at all
