    MaryamJan, go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files. Right-click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file here

    Thanks. I wish you were around earlier:( I ended up resetting it to factory settings. Which was a bad idea:

    Now I don't know my office product key (didn't keep the book/cd).....

    You should always write down the program keys and keep them in a safe place. You may have to purchase another key, but Microsoft may work with you on this
