Buring a full season on to dvd

Hi, i wanna know is there anyway i can burn an entire season of tv episodes onto a 4.7gb disk. the tv show is about 10gb. Cheers.

umm, im not totally sure, but i dont think thats possible because you cant burn something big onto something smaller than it, allthough there may be a way of compressing it but you may lose quality
