Hi, can anyone or expert help me.
My window recently keep restarting out of the sudden. It will show a blue screen for less than 1 sec. then it will restart. do any one know wat the problem? did some thing crash my system? or could it be a hardware problem? anything i can provide to solve this problem. everytime it restart it will create a minidump. how do i read the minidump? it was ok last week. only recently then like that.

Event manager show this:
Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 a8feca5a, parameter3 a5ff0c90, parameter4 00000000.
Cat (102)
Event 1003

Usually Hardware or driver related
Possibly one of your hardware devices attached to your computer (either internally or externally) is faulting

If you are able to. Attach
attach.gif
a few minidumps (zipped up)
The minidumps are found here: c:\windows\minidump

cos if it hardware internally then i have to send it for repair. cos it a laptop. would be hard to change motherboard and etc..

Can't see any issue with your graphics card

Yes un-install both (I would)

No more MiniDumps required
