Can I put a new 8xAGP card in my 4xAPG motherboard?

"Medal of Honor" says my existing GForce 4 card does not fully support Directx 8.1 so I need to upgrade. Any suggestions on a cheap card?

Well it will work but make sure the card says support for agp4x -8x on box . you will not get the full features of a 8x card such as speed of the graphics but IT will work.

I also suggest on investing in a new motherboard that has AGP8X support
