Because I'm not at the computer at the moment of typing, all I can really say is this.

I want to use the PC for gaming, it's a new computer, about a month old with little to no use.

500 gb HDD
Nividia 7100 - 128 mb RAM
4 gb Cpu RAM
HP Slimline pc

I'm trying to play games such as Call of duty and World of Warcraft with decent quality. I was wondering if an slimline pc could have an extra gfx card added into it or replace the 7100 with another card. I don't know if it has an extra slot for the card. I think it may have 1 slot open.

Probably not. I believe that model is a small form factor PC, which would restrict you from installing pretty much any powerful video card. And seeing as you'd have trouble installing one card, installing 2 cards in SLI or Crossfire is really out of the question. Unfortunately, that PC is not too upgradeable :(
