Can rebooting both nodes of a Windows Cluster cause NTLDR missing error?

I rebooted both nodes of a Windows 2003 Cluster by accident. I normally do one node at a time. Could this cause both boxes to come back with NTLDR missing?

I don't know the formal ramifications, I've just heard people say "don't reboot both, or you'll blow away the cluster."

I can't imagine the technology would be so crappy as to allow this to happen, that is why I am asking for the likelihood that this would happen.

We need to know more about equipment, and configuration... installed by whom? Age, maintenance routine, etc. Are you in charge of the network or system?
