Recently this problem just came out of the blue, I am able to surf the internet through regular browser but when I try to use any program that need to connect to internet, it doesn't recognised that my PC is connect to the internet... For example Steam, Skype and many online games simply cannot connect to the server, this expand to "All of the program on my PC".
I've disable my firewall, both on my pc and router. Disable ESET and renew ipconfig...still, does not solve my issue.
Are there any known virus or services that likely to cause these issues?
