Cannot delete icon from desktop

    Hi,

    While away at work and the kids on holiday they managed to download dinerdash2Setup-dm(2).exe to the desktop.

    I have tried to delete this icon but to no end.

    when i try to delete it i get "cannot delete dinerdash2setup-dm: it is being used by another person or program"

    As we have only one log-in name i cant see where the above statement is correct?

    i have tried the following:

    starting safe mode.
    uninstalling the program
    clearing it away from my firewall
    deleteing it via dos
    downloading killbox
    renaming it
    changing the permissions

    nothing wil get rid of the file.


    can anyone help

    Download and install BcWipe, pretty sure that will delete it. Just right click on it and choose delete with wiping.
