Hello....This is my first post to this forum.I hope someone can help me. When I got back from vacation my internet security had lapsed. I decided to try another software. So I uninstalled all security & even used the software "remove" download. When I tried downloading another manufacturer's software I kept getting all kind of different errors. So I disabled my firewall & tried again. I now can download (sometimes)but can't install any programs...error msg says "files missing or corrupt"....this happens on any type of installation.
