  1. I'm sure this has been posted many times and I'm sorry to flood the forum...

    I cannot log into my main account on my Toshiba Satellite L755D-S5106 laptop

    I can click the guest one and run programs and what not from there...

    But if I click the main account it is stuck on a black screen only...

    Also lately when I click it..it will load up black but then a blue bar on the bottom will pop up and it says, "Interactive S..." with an X to close it but nothing else shows.

    I can access the main account in safe mode but can really do much....

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! :)

    Open device manager in safe mode then go to display adapters remove the display adapter and reboot that will re-install it :cool: or check the driver and if it was updated roll it back. Need a hand I am available tomorrow evening (y)

    Boot into Safe Mode
    • login as Administrator
    • cp->Control->User Accounts
    • manage another account
    • (click one)
    • change password
