Can't control my subwoofers through my deck

I have a kenwood kdc-x798 and 2 12'' inch kickers powered by a kicker zx750.1

the rca ports on the deck read from top to bottom
sw
front
rear

and on the amp it only has input and output rca ports

my subs only work on the front rca port on the deck
and on this port I cant control my sw gain (-15 to +15)
and I cant turn them off on the deck neither even though there is
the option to. I can change sub output with the bass control though

on the sw rca port the subs just don't work even though all the settings are set
to have them on and working (that I know of)

please help, I like subs but not all the time

All I can suggest is making sure every connection is secure & batteries are new.
Go thru the manual a few times if need be. I had a similiar issue with this thread &
found out it wasn't hooked up correctly. I wish you the best & a Happy 4th.
