Can't delete spyware program

    I've been finding popup ad-ins and spyware programs added to my computer... How are they getting here and how can I get rid of them.
    One of them is "Internet Optimizer". When I click uninstall, it says I need to close all my IE programs, but they are all already closed and it wont uninstall. Same thing happens for 180Search Assistant. Also, it says Internet Optimizer is a trojan. Did someone set this up here, or is it just a random pop up program from the internet?

    Also: WSEM Update, and TSA. If there are others, I wouldnt know if they are programs or internet ad-ins. Is there a page that can show me what each of the programs necessary to run my computer are, and which ones shouldn't be there?? How can I get rid of these?
