Cant load some games

Basically I cant load some games like gta v and aim labs when I try my monitors turn off so does everything turns of but the fans stay on then itll boot back up I'd go ahead and try load it again but it wont the same thing would happen again and I just want some help to fix it
Specs:
cpu is ryzen 7 2700x (with a stock cooler)
32g of ram (bit overkill I know)
radeon 580
asus strix b-450 f motherboard
wd-black 500g m.2 ssd
3 case fans
and 1tb sata hard drive

It sounds like the power supply is acting up. Try swapping that out
