Can't locate cmos on Dell laptop

i have a dell 1545 laptop and i cant seem to find the cmos battery can someone help me

why do you need to find it.?

they are usually under the keyboard, or attached to the motherboard inside the case, it would need to be opened to find it.

On many Dell laptops, they are not the round, flat coin-like batteries, but rather can be shaped like an odd socket or connector... and have a wire on one end that is soldered to a contact point...

But the best way is to go to the Dell support site, using the service tag for that Dell 1545, then locate the online manual... there can be as many as 75 to 125 pages in the manuals... but once you find the manual, you will find the CMOS.
