Cant play fallout 3

    i just got fallout 3 for my computer i installed it correctly but when i try to play it a message comes up and says "Failed to initialize renderer. Hardware T&L Required but not supported by adapter." can someone please help me?

    lol ur video is onbord u need a video card to play fallout 3 on bord is not good enf sorry to tell u dat u want at least a 512mb video card
