Can't post in The Tech Exchange

When I try to create a new post in The Tech Exchange, I get the message

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

This may have been adressed earlier, but I couldn't find the thread if it has been. Has the Tech Exchange been shut down, or are there now new restrictions beyond this:

Members are required to have at least 60 posts and a 90-day membership before accessing The Tech Exchange

There haven't been any new posts in the subforum since early March, so I assume it's not just me.

Anyone? I have a video card that was given away to me for free here a while ago, and since I don't use it anymore, I'd like to give it away to someone else here who needs it.

Sorry about the delay. Something may have happened with the board's permissions when we switched to XenForo. From what I can see, you should be allowed to post. I've forwarded this to Julio so he can look into it.

Tried to post in the Kx section, but I keep getting an error.
Here's the message.

Wow, 12 years since the last posting?
Well, Kx is still going strong!
I'm not the writer of it, just a user.
And if you want ASIO for your sound card, try the Kx drivers.
Full audio and Asio support for all versions of Windows.
