    Hi everyone,

    Im having a problem with my CD/DVD Drive on my HP Pavilion DV4170CA. First my computer does not recognize the Drive at all, as if it is not installed. Secondly, I dont know what the name of the drive is inside this laptop so I don't know what to look for. Could some please help me in identifying the name and correcting the problem.
