I am looking for a FREE mp3 converter that will allow me to convert my music form my pc to a format that will work on my phone any ideas?

Many, many phones support MP3 directly. If you have a phone that requires an instrument type of sound file like MIDI, RTTTL and suchlike, then you are in trouble. Your phone may have some special companion software or it may allow you to record sounds using the phone itself..

There are some programs that claim to convert wave format sounds to instrumental, but I really doubt that this is possible in reality or in decent quality.

Cell phone ringers

I am not really sure what format it supports, if I had to guess I would say it supports about everything. It plays video and it plays my mp3's I put on there from my computer. I have a Samsung A900M (Sprint Blade) any Ideas?

That phone should support MP3 ringtones just fine. Maybe you have to put the MP3 in some special folder for it to be available as a ringtone?

Use the same method you've used to transfer your MP3s in the past with the song/file you want to use as a ringtone, then go to your ringtone selection through your settings and use the menus there to navigate and select the file.

This link may prove useful, although contrary to what i've said above... http://erms.samsungusa.com/customer...D=557&PROD_SUB_ID=559&PROD_ID=679&AT_ID=62172

I'm just guessing you live in the US, so i've provided US links for you.
