change 9600Pro fan speed?

Is there anyway to slow down the fan on this card? I dont know what happened but this only happened lately. The fan now runs at full speed.. or maybe it always had.. but its never EVER been this loud.. is there anyway to tone down the noise by changin teh fan speed RPM?

Is the card/fan dusty? If it is give it a good clean.

Of course it could be that the fan is getting old and needs replacing.

that sux.. its not even a year old .. and i just cleaned the fan a month ago.. the case takes a while to get dirty. i will inspect it anyhow to make sure there are no dust roaming in there
