As far as compatibility is concerned, looks fine except the power supply. It appears to have a 20 pin connector while the motherboard uses a 24 pin connector. Unless the motherboard will accept the 20 pin connector (some motherboards are tolerant in this regard but not all), you will need an adapter or another power supply. Some power supplies have 20 + 4 pins but although you have a 2x2 4 pin connector that looks similar, I don't think it is the same. I think it is intended for the separate 2x2 12V motherboard connector. They are not interchangeable.

You already have a mouse and monitor I presume.
