"Check your computer's security" popup on login

Every time I login I get a popup from a tray icon that tells me to "Check your computer's security". Now, it is obvious to me why this is happening, but I am wondering if there is any way to turn it off. It is super annoying.

Start -> Control Panel -> Security Center -> Change the way that security center alerts me (LHS)
