  1. Is there anyway to check computer usage history? I'm not talking about browser history but rather was programs/games were used. Does Windows 7 have anything native like this? Would the event viewer give any useful information? Is there anyway to check computer usage history? I'm not talking about browser history but rather was programs/games were used. Nothing native. You'd need another program.

Berlarc adviser will only list what software is installed, and in some cases, the date installed. What the OP probably wants is when and by whom was each application actually run.

Event viewer will go some way towards that, but it very much depends on what the software authors decide to report to the OS about what their application is doing. Unfortunately, from Win 7 onwards, the number of events recorded just exploded, and it is next to impossible to get much sense out of it all.
