CiD Pop-ups

Hello, I'm making this thread in regards to these CiD Pop-ups I've been having them lately I'm not sure what's causing them or why but, I've tried many methods to get rid of them I've also noticed many threads here with the same problems and so far none of the methods I've tried have worked so I'm here asking for help with this issue oh, I also did install Messanger Plus I've read that might be one of the causes for the pop-ups all though I uninstalled it. Please help me with this issue, also if I've made any mistakes posting my problem please tell me and I'll try to fix it thank you.
