Thanks for your help. I am afraid I can't get the instructions from the link you provided to disable real time monitoring stuff. The page is just blank.

If you just follow the steps (not worrying about disabling anything) then reply back with attachments, we'll go from there.

By the way (BTW) if you do wish to disable any startups (which I always recommend) then run THIS tool.
