Hi all there i have a cisco aironet card cb21AG, running on the ATheros chipset AR5212A. Its a PCMCIA card i use a Laptop
this card works beautifully on linux, but on windows if i try the original driver the system just becomes sluggish and the mouse stops moving and finally hangs.
if i use the downloaded drivers from Cisco the card connects to the Access point for about 1 minute and then connection drops.
I have tried the information posted on this site at https://www.techspot.com/vb/all/win...2-Wireless-Cards-to-Work-with-Windows-XP.html
But this information also did not help, i tried various drivers from driverguide.com also but none helped.
Any help would be appreciated please.
My config is - Acer 2403 laptop 1.5 gigs of ram, 40gb hdd Windows XP SP2 with built in BroadCom WiFi which is disabled.
Do reply.
regards
