It's bad. Spybot found the following and can't remove it:

Avenue A, Inc (1 entries), Command Service (4 entries), MediaPlex (2 entries), ReliableStats (4 entries), Smitfraud-C. (6 entries), Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888 (2 entries), Targetsaver (6 entries), Win32Agent.azk (5 entries), Win32.KeyLogger.fl (1 entries), Winsoftware.WinAntiVirusPro2006, YazzleSudoku (3 entries).

That's a lot of stuff, I think it's Command Service just proliferating all over the place but I don't really know.

Here is my HijackThis log:

I have looked up other methods of removing Command Service but other people's logfiles don't match up with mine. Please help!

Your system is absolutely riddled with malware.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

Regards Howard :)

sorry

sorry about that howard, I haven't been here in a long time and I should've re-read the rules. I'll work on it tonight and be back with new logs...

You really need to follow all the instructions in my post above and post all the requested logfiles once done.

Regards Howard :)
