  1. Whenever i play most games my computer freezes. The freeze occurs anytime from 1-45 minutes after starting the program. I just built a new computer and i was wondering if there is any settings that i need to set before i can start playing the games efficentally. I was also wondering what your virtual memory should be set at. i have 1gb of RAM.

    thanks

if you are running windows xp, and you have 1gb of ram.. your virtual memory should be set to 1536

(in xp, take your ram and multiply at by 1.5... example: 1024 x 1.5 = 1536)
