Compatibility question

    GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard and than the CORSAIR XMS2 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)? The mobo says it only support ddr800 up to 1.8v and the ram is 1.9v, but does it really matter? I plan to oc anyways?
