    Hello and welcome to Techspot!

Please list details of your system including:

    motherboard:
    cpu:
    ram:
    videocard:
    other cards:
    PSU:

In the meantime, I would start troubleshooting your ram. Do you have more than one stick in there now? Take all but one stick out, and see if you can boot up.

Do you by chance have another computer nearby with which you can do some part swapping?

I believe your board is an AMI bios:

Sounds like your ram has gone bad. The only way to be sure would be to either test your ram in a working system, or to put some known working ram in your system to see if it starts.

Looks like DonNagaul is right. I Checked the MSI-POST Beep codes: http://www.msicomputer.com/support/sup_tshoot.asp
Two beeps is listed as parity circuit error. That is a RAM issue. You could try swapping the slot your RAM stick is inserted in. It shouldn't matter which one it's in if the memory stick is faulty. If it works you've got a problem with your mobo. I assume you're using DDR as I belive I've got the same board as you do at home (on my other machine).
It's quite wierd the way people seem to have the same kit as me.
