    MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate LGA 1150: $109.99

    XFX Double D FX-787A-CDFC Radeon HD 7870: $239.99

    8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM: $74.99

Western Digital WD Black 1Tb Hard Drive: $89.99

    Cooler Master Elite 431: $49.99

    Rosewill Hive Series Hive-650: $79.99

ASUS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner: $19.99

Quick glance over, everything looks fine to me. :)

Current 4th gen i5 and motherboard with DDR3 1600 memory. The case is a standard ATX, so the motherboard will fit nicely. The Radeon HD 7870 (single card 500W) calls for 600W in XFire, and you have a 650W selected. Everything else is fairly standard, where there is no need to worry them.
