  1. My computer randomly stopped being able to play DVDs. It worked about two days ago so i have no idea why it's just stopped

It plays audio CDs and other disks but whenever i put a DVD into the drive it just spits it out again (its one of those drives without a tray.. you just push it in i dunno what thats called)

anyway i REALLY need to get this fixed so does anyone have any ideas?

    They'd be appreciated

    xx

Does it refuse specific DVDs or all of them? Have you had to reset the user zone?

DVD players work in world zones so that they only play DVD disks that are licenced for that zone (Europe/Far East/etc) - and they will only allow so many changes. If you have exceeded the number of changes this is what will happen but you should get a message telling you why it will not play. If not this there is a possible software error - is your DVD player installed? If not, find the CD that came with the machine with your software on it and reinstall the DVD player.

Glad to help! Careful with the kisses - us Brits are easily embarrased!
