Computer Time & Date

The other day I noticed that my computer date and time, doesn't look like it used to. Now it is all in military time and my date is displayed as 07-02-03.

EX. I double clicked on the clock, and on the INTERNET TIME tab it says:
"The time has been successfully synchronized with the time.windows.com on 07-02-03 at 22:22."

So why is my computer now suddenly in military time? I havent done anything different to my computer, and it never used to be like this before.

So how can I fix this??

1 - Click START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL
2 - Double-Click REGIONAL and LANGUAGE OPTIONS
3 – Click CUSTOMIZE
4 – TIME tab
5 – Choose h:mm:ss tt
