Computer will not boot, at all.

My computer will not longer boot. I don't get any beeps from POST or a video signal. The power comes on and all of the fans spin and LEDs come on, but other than that nothing happens. This has happened suddenly, I did not install anything new either

ATI Raedon x1300 Pro gfx card
AMD 3000+ 1.8Ghz

does the mobo have a cpu power line that plugs onto the cpu? (other than the 20/24 pin) main power supply?

There is a 4-pin thing towards the top, its plugged in.

I've tried to fix it myself but I dont know too much, i took everything apart and slowly put it back togather nothing looks damaged physicially but you cant ever really tell. If i were to guess my mobo is bad, but im posting here kinda depritely to see if there are other options. I cleared CMOS but it didnt do anything.

nothing, no lights on the front either. all the fans are spinning and the light on the boad itself is green like always. other than that, nothing happens
