Hello everyone I am a newby and I need to know if someone can tell me what to do. I have changed my motherboard and it came with a new cpu and powersupply and I am running windows xp but it will not boot up to windows. I have a cd that came along with the mb but the computer will not let me boot from the cd or the floppy and it will not let me go to safe mode can someone give me some suggestions?
