Computer wont start

  1. Hello all I am glad that you are taking your precious time to help me.
    I have the problem that whenever I start my computer a black screen appears and it says :

    Diskette drive 0 seek failure

    CMOS checksum error - Defaults loaded


    Press F1 to continue, F2 to enter setup.
    ___________________________________________________________________________

    If you solve this problem please also tell me how do I factory restore my pc which is 32-bit and I dont have a cd. Can I download any program or something for this?

    Please HELP!!

    You have a failed boot hard drive. How old is this computer and what version of Windows is it running?
