Computers saying cant install video card driver fo a toshiba laptop!! Please help!!

    When ever my toshiba laptop says that my nvidia geforce Fx go 5200 needs to updated, nvidia gives me a link and so where i can download the driver, then It starts to install then I get a message saying sorry but nvidia cant find a updated driver for your computer. What can I do to solve this problem. My laptop is only a year old. Please help, post your comments puke: . Thank you.

    The toshiba website will have the latest drivers for your graphics card.
