Confused by message

I am a newcomer here. I have run hijack this and pasted it to a reply but I get this message. Please explain in greater detail. Thanks.

Hi, welcome to techspot.
I've moved your post to its own thread; from now on you should use this one to discuss your problem.
With regards to the post count limit, you can introduce yourself in the community section.

Just to check, have you run through all the 8 steps in the malware removal sticky (at the top of this forum)?
