Connecting via ethernet but not wireless- laptop only

  1. Hello,
I have just moved to a new flat and I'm having trouble connecting to the internet through my wifi. I received a new router from my ISP and it works fine for my iPhone and iPad, and I can connect to the router via wifi, but the internet is slow at best and non-existent at worst. It does, however, work when I plug in the ethernet cable. I've renistalled the drivers for my wireless card and updated them from the manufacturer's website. I've also run a virus scan, spybot, and ccleaner, all to no avail. Any help with this would be very much appreciated. I've copy/pasted the ipconfig readout below. I would say I'm beginner/intermediate on IT matters. Thanks again in advance.

Connect with one or the other, but not both at the same time.

Seems like a signal issue? How far away are you?

The computer is about two feet away from the router, so it shouldn't be anything to do with that.
