Cooler Master Tempest GP27U Review: True 4K HDR for Less

I don't think you can get good 4k HDR lcd sub $1k or even $2k. I tried the MSI Optix MPG321UR-QD and promptly returned it within the week and bit the bullet and got the ASUS PG32UQX.

The other alternative is OLED's for HDR. Unfortunately, LG just started to produce sub 40" OLED and don't have a 32" 4k option available.

27" is also a deal breaker to me for 4K since this has large gamut making it suitable for photo and video editing not just gaming.

Just waiting for the 32" OLED 4K 120Hz+ monitor with 100%+ AdobeRGB.

4k on a 27inch just why. I have a 32 4k pro art series and its at a sweet spot but even then seems a little small at times

Hi Tim Schiesser,

a new firmware has been available since 12/12/22 and it enables HDR and VRR in parallel. ;)
