Corrupted Micro SD

Micro SD in HTC10 corrupted & all data was seemingly lost. Since discovered that it is now in a "Raw File" status. Have managed to retrieve raw data BUT need help on returning that data to it's original form. What are the best free/paid apps to do this please?? If someone could also recommend the best data recovery apps for the same too, just on case there's a better way to do this.
I used the iCare Data Recovery program. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I've been on this for 2 days, as I'm no tech genius.

Thanks but I had to clean my phone as it wasn't functioning properly. I've managed to get raw files of the sd card but need a good program to convert those files back to their original state.
