Corsair launches SandForce-based SSD drives

Trim support is nice, but I will wait for SATA 6 gb/s to become mainstream.
Maybe in a year or two. Then i also expect prices to be more reasonable.
 
I agree on the part about waiting a bit longer to see about the Trim on the drive. and for the price to drop, and more and more Co. are comming out with them... also i saw somewere, that u can buy the case, and install your own memory cards, that have been around for a few years now... even thoe they are not as fast, but i'm shure it would have better battery life for laptops...
 
Wow SSDs I see that they starting to get larger and larger pretty sure by now and next year we'll have 500 maybe even 1TB SSDs lol myabe thats too much but thats just what I think. These drives does look promising. Still wondering if we'll see these SSDs in desktops sure the new SATA speeds are relativly fast but when are we gonna start see storage for the desktops with no moving parts? Is it possible that we could have a new file system?
